Each cabin is equipped with:

What should I bring to the cabin?

Guests will be provided with towels, linens, basic kitchenware, and kitchen utensils. Trash bags, paper towels, bathroom tissue, dish and hand soap are routinely provided in a limited supply. Guests may want to bring additional depending on length of stay.

Personal items such as shampoo, bar soap, or hair dryers are not supplied so please bring your own. Hot tub towels are not routinely supplied. Guests may also want to bring a flashlight and lighters.

What is the nightly rate for a cabin rental?

Nightly rates vary depending on seasonal demand and availability. Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Reservation charges include, but are not limited to, lodging, local lodging tax, and cleaning fees. All fees are subject to local regulations and to change.


What is the cancellation policy?

Guests will receive a full refund (minus 10% processing fee) if the booking is canceled at least 30 full days prior to check-in date. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in date are non-refundable.

What is the minimum age to rent a cabin ?

Minimum rental age is 25. Copy of government-issued photo ID required.

Is there a minimum night stay?

There is a two night minimum stay requirement for cabin rentals.

When is check in and check out?

Check in is at 4:00 PM on the first day of the reservation.

Check out is at 11:00 AM on the last day of the reservation.

Can I bring my pet?

No pets are permitted on the property. A minimum $300.00 fee will be charged for guests violating our policy.

Will cell phone service be available on the property?

Cell phone coverage is unpredictable in the Hocking Hills area. Cell phone service is not guaranteed on the property. All cabins are equipped with high speed Wi-Fi internet.
